Как снять красную табличку в Steam

My account is blocked, and i see a red plate. What is it? I have not done anything wrong, I just sat there playing and take some gifts from my friends ((( Why is my account blocked? Unlock it please!

Please also explain why you give and receive keys in large amounts without trading anything in return.
Once we have more information we may proceed with the issue.

Здравствуйте. Мне друг был должен вещи из доты2 уже год и не возвращал,
попросил добавить свой второй, как он сказал,
аккаунт http://steamcommunity.com/id/ХХХХХХХХХ/ в друзья и
просто вернул мне часть долга ключами.
Я уже пропустил все распродажи игр, которые ждал... Разблокируйте пожалуйста

I have unlocked your account.
In the future, if your account is associated with receiving keys from hijacked accounts it will be permanently locked.
We have a zero tolerance policy for moving around hijacked items - if someone presents you an offer that is "too good to be true", it typically is.
Please be more careful in the future when completing lopsided trades on Steam.
